At Fresh Original Food our emphasis is always on the quality of our products. If you for any reason are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within three days of pick up so we can work with you to make it right. In the event of damaged goods we will replace your product on our next scheduled delivery to your pick up location.

Because we at Fresh Original Food emphasize freshness of product we request that in the event that an order needs to be cancelled that you do so no later than 48 hours before delivery to your selected drop off location in order to avoid unnecessary production of products.
